We were pleasantly surprised to open the November/December issue of Omaha Home Magazine and find our custom glasswork in a feature article titled “The Wigert Resident: Hidden Creek’s Latest Surprise”.
We enjoyed working with contractor Gaver Custom Homes on the design and construction of this uniquely modern and eco-friendly home which is located in the Hidden Creek neighborhood near Standing Bear Lake.
Quality Glass & Mirror created and installed all the exterior glass for this home, which included floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room to take advantage of the beautiful views, and allow natural light to flood the home. The window glass is Cardinal 270 LoE on the #2 surface over clear tempered insulated glass units. Cardinal LoE 270 delivers year-round comfort, rejecting the sun’s heat and damaging UV rays in summer, and reflecting heat back into the room in the winter.
We recently shared a photo of the glass back splash we created and installed in the kitchen of this home. The back of the glass is painted a muted blue, adding subtle color in the white kitchen.
